All tobacco sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted in cases where products arrive damaged.
Customers must report damaged items within three (3) days of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required.
Approved claims will be resolved through product replacement or exchange. Refunds are generally not issued for tobacco products.
